Concern over areola incision.

After removing the tape from the incision, the lower half of my right nipple has bunched up and is sticking out. It has been like this for two weeks and does not seem to be getting better. I am concerned because after looking online I have not seen anyone with a similar problem.

Its only two weeks so I would not be overly concerned its still very very early.

Calm down!  There is always some post-op swelling.  Give it time and don't look at yourself every day in the mirror -- you will drive yourself nuts.

The scar will change considerably over time.  Have patience.
