Painful 3/4" Glandular Gyno - Help

Hi

I have glandular Gyno, a big lump as big as a 3/4 inch under the nipple.  

I used to use steroids over 6 years ago and would never again.

It is only in one nipple, it is quite noticable but the main thing is the Pain it really hurts, if my children knock it when playing I feel anxious and in pain for hours, it isn't like really really bad but enough to make me feel very uncomfortable.

I want to have it taken out, but plastic surgeon said they only take out part of it or would leave dip in chest, also I have small nipples so they have to cut along bottom of nipple and over as well.

I am worried leaving part of gland will still cause me pain and worried about scarring and dip in chest, I am not vain or anything but some pics look terrible scarring and dips in chest.

Please can someone give me some advice here as getting anxious about this now.

6' 180lbs 35 years old, had it for 6 or 7 years but got worse over past 2 for no particular reason

See another PS brotha.....  Yours sounds like he does not know the deal in ref. to gyno!!
