Howdy guys,

sorry I have a really stupid question for you.

When the phrase "bilateral breast reduction" is used, does that refer to the removal of both gland and fat, or does it mean something else?

Thanks,

s.

hi serg ,

i may be wrong here but i think "bilateral" refers to the gyne being on both sides , whereas a 1 sided case is called unilateral.
