any ideas please

hi could anyone who has had the op and has had to ware the compression vest give some tips on how to make wareing it more comftable eg; top underneath,

I found my garment used to stick into the tops of my shoulders where the velcro straps meet.  I just used to stuff a few sheets of bog roll between the strap and the skin which worked fine.

Some other guys would wear an odinary t-shirt under the garment for comfort and also to give greater compression.

whats the idea of the compression vest,what dose it do and cani where my nike dry fit compression vest under it to stop rubbing ect
