Gyno/Mary Jane/Surgery/Should I wait?

Wondering if anyone has gyno and didn't realize it for awhile?

I developed gyno and didn't really realize it.  I guess since it was a gradual process and my wife didn't notice, I really didn't notice.  I am very muscular and lean, so I still have good chest definition, but have slightly puffy nipples and have developed a bit of extra fat on the lower sides of my chest and at the nipple line, although since I am very lean I guess it is not noticeable too much, except to me.  

I posted previously that I believe I got this from Marijuana.  I am gyno prone since I did have it when I was 16-18 years old and it went away.  I'm now 29 and  happened to have old pictures of myself shirtless and see that, although my nipples were slightly puffy, I didn't have the extra fat below the nipple line.  

Does anyone know if I just quite smoking forever will the fat eventually go away?  There is some breast/fat tissue because if I squeeze my nipple I can feel a bee-bee sized lump (Maybe a bit larger) on both sides.

Anyway, I have the money for surgery but only want to do it as a last resort?

Since I just stopped smoking two weeks ago, do you think I should wait several months to see if it is going away, or just go get the surgery?  Basically, my question is there any chance of it going away.  I think I have had it for a couple of years without realizing until about 3-4 months ago.

If you had it for a couple of years without realizing it, how bad can it really be? You must have a very mild case if you somehow overlooked it for such a long time.

Yes stop smoking and see if it changes at all in 6months. This condition was obviously not imparing your life at all until about 3 to 4 months ago, so I dont see the big rush in getting rid of it.

You're huge, man.   I definately wouldn't want surgery with a chest like that.  Give up the pot and relax; you look fn KILLER.
