My Chest

My gynecomastia basically occured overnight a couple of years ago. It's not very noticeable, just around the nipples. When it's cold, like after I get out of the shower or something, my chest looks normal. Is there a gel or something that I can put around my nipples to achieve this affect when I want to have my shirt off around others? Thanks.
