Well I've been on this website for a while now but I haven't posted anything for a long time. I tell ya it really helped me out with a lot of questions and concerns.

I tried most of the steps that people try before surgery; tamoxofin, andractim and I went to a hormone specialist (can't think of the name I'm looking for). Nothing helped except for me confirming that I don't have any hormone problems.

It finally led to myself getting the surgery this morning. I'm now 7 hours post-op and I feel great. I won't be able to take the vest off until Sunday, but I'm praying that everything looks good.

I have a couple questions:

1. My doctor said I could use Underarmour starting on Thursday as long as my post-op visit goes well. Does anyone know what size I should get? I'm 6'-0 tall and weight 215 lbs. I typically wear XL shirts mainly because I didn't like the tight look and the arms are usually too short.

2. I'm trying to think of a reason to tell people that I can't do physical work as well as something yo keep people from giving me a "titte twister". I was thinking of saying I pulled my peck but I don't really know if thats a great choice. Any suggestions?

Thanks and if anyone has any queations I'd be glad to answer.

If anyone reaches for a 'titty twister' just clock 'em in the face.
