After taking a good look at your pics, my diagnosis is you have a sh!t camera.

Why dont you try using your camera phone in a hall of mirrors and you'd probably get some better quality pics.

I think you definitely have gyne on that one side.  You prolly have excess gland and fat causing the protrusion.  But I agree, you need better pics.

Drop your BF% see if it helps, use a tripod.

yea u do have it on the one side but it doesnt look that bad.  You should consider surgery at this age.  By the way u suck at taking pics, jk...

a tripod is a 3 leg device that you put your camera on.  Lowering BF might make it better but ive never seen it on one side before.  Was this naturally enduced?

no its just a unilateral formation... its not going to go away, you dont have hormone problems or a disease its just a fluke (known as idiopathic) like mine were. Getting surgery is the only option. Cheers.
