uk guy wanting help

hey guys im a 19 year old student from the uk and found this site and just wondered if you thought my condition was serious enough for surgeory.

when its cold and my nipples shrink i can get away with it but i can never take my top off and swimming and taking a girl home is really embarassing lol. it really effects my life and i spend half the day pinching my nipples just so they shrink a lil :S lol

also if any of you guys are from the uk, do you know the chances of getting anything done on the NHS?
