Thoughts? Philadelphia and wanting surgery

I am considering getting surgery done and am very thankful for this online forum, which has taught me more about the procedure and expectations better than any other website.  I have lived with this for 15 years now (I am 24) and though it may not appear to be as "bad" as some other cases on here, a lot of it is in my head and it distracts me beyond belief, taking me away from life.  I am in Philadelphia and was hoping someone out there can reccomend a doctor in the area who is really good.  What can expect to pay for a gland excision and lipo?  This is not an operation I want to have more than once so I want to be sure to have it done right the first time.
