Decline Chest Press

Ive strayed from decline my whole life, but im thinking that I should to get a better rounded chest. I heard that it makes nipples get "higher" on the chest, which sounds good since I have had surgery and am fairly flat now. my nipples are low on the chest, and i dont like that. will decline bring them up? anyone experience this? I know it may push the nipple out more...but as far as vertically up, let me know.

i used to think that about incline as well but i havnt seen a diff...i was thinking of seeing what decline will do
