does anyones gynecomastia discharge stuff?
i can squeeze mine, and sometimes it will discharge
clear fluid, or a stringy, white substance.

With or without Gynecomastia, if the prolactin level is elevated, milk can be produced.

Because this can be an important symptom of some potentially serious problems, You should see an endocrinologist and have this condition thoroughly checked out.

This happens to me from time to time.  There will be a small lump under my areola and if I squeeze it like a pimple, a little bit of white stringy shit comes out.
