Personally i don't think its that bad considering you have a large frame and a lot of fat. I think if you went on a diet lost weight and did exercise the gynecomastia won't look too bad, since to me it looks like its mostly fat. I would recommend getting yourself to a healthy weight, and then see how it looks and if you are still not satisfied you can then get in touch with a PS. What do you have to lose? If the gynecomastia wil still be there at least you will have a healthy weight, and you can always go to a PS.
