Welcome!! Doesn't look bad bro but you need to have surgery to get rid of it. You would only need glandular excision. Lipo probably wouldn't be necessary since you are in great shape. If it bothers you get the surgery, do it only for you not others. Women could care less about it, trust me. I get more ass then a toliet seat and mine is much worse. Good luck to you bro!!

Maybe a little bit of puffy nipple but that's all.  I wouldn't consider surgery unless it is just bothering you.

Glandular case but you will most likely have lipo along with excision. When the breast tissue is cut, your ps will contour with lipo around the empty space.
Surgery is your only option to remedy.

My case is similar and I chose to have it fixed. Like some others have said, you (we?) don't have it as bad as some do but it's still gyno.
