i'd say that you got some gyne, but the thing is that your in pretty good shape, good definition. that stands out a lot and theres less focus on your chest, which is also defined with a bit of gyne, jus a little. i wouldnt do anything if i were you. but if u really wanted to, i bet it would be really cheap $ for a case as mild as yours.

Seriously.  You're in too good of shape NOT to be happy with your body.  Fixing your chest will be like the cherry on top.
