paying for surgery?

After reading up on it, I am 100% certain I have puffy nipples and need surgery asap. I am only 23 and still in college and was wondering how most of you were able to afford the surgery, cuz $3000 definetly aint in my bank right now.

Are there surgeons who will do payment plans or anything?

 you be working and making a  living soon, once you have a job the work can be financed,  I would only finance it as a last resort,  try to  borrow it from a friend or a  family member.
  College grad  go into debt fast with new credit cards , be carefull,  i wish i did the  procedure at 23,  i  spent decades  hiding my chest
