how long after surgery

Hi how long after surgery does it take before u can work out/ run.....

Well take it easy.  The hard part is over.  What I did was I wore the comp vest for about four weeks.  Around the third week I started light cardio, the fourth week I started harder cardio w/light lifting.  A week or so after that I was ready to hit it hard.  At the same time, if I felt at all uneasy about my nips I would back off (you will have weird sensations).  After six weeks you should be damn near where you started in terms of being in shape.  After that go apeshit!
