Wearing compression vest

I’v been wearing my compression vest for just over 7 weeks now 24/7 and wondering if there is any point in going for 8. I know in the information booklet that Mr Levick gave me it says 3 weeks 24/7 the 3 weeks at night but during the consultation he said people who wear it longer get flatter results and it initially was  6 weeks 27/4. so is there any point in wearing it any longer?

He told me to wear mine for a month 24/7 ...

I think I probably will wear mine when ever I feel like it after a month as its not too bad, and its quite comfortable, kind of makes you look slightly slimmer too.

Well iv found mind quite conformtable too maybe its a security thing aswell, only uncomfortable thing was wearing it around greece in 35 degress but wasnt too bad, but its prob time to take it off now Thanks for reply
