Wearing compression vest?

Hi guys I just had my surgery 3 days ago and went for my first post op appointment.
Everything looks good so far have bruising and swelling.
Anyways just talking to the the nurse she said wear the vest for 4 weeks and then don't really need to. Any suggestions from people who have been thru this already?

You should listen to the suggestions given to you by the practice you're doing business with.. That's my suggestion.
