surgery 3 weeks ago, bilateral excision, start running again?

just wondering if u guys could tell me whether I shud start doing some running again?

I really really want to!

going mad and have put weight on being bored at home waiting for chest to heal

I never had any bruising and some swelling only in right side which is going down now, my nips still protrude a bit but only where the stitches r still dissolving which I think will level out
