I got a second date and the only shirt i love i already wore!! I hate this problem!!!

You can take scoth tape and put the at a diagonal position across your nipples. MAke them going inward toward the center of your chest. They can stay on there all day even if you sweat. Try to make it so that when you flex, there isn't much of a caving in thing going on, so that if the shirt is to tight, it won't be obvious.

ive already had gyno surgery, do you think i need a nipple reduction? I think my nips getting swollen a bit is my problem mostly.

bro, do NOT wear the same shirt again. girls pay much more attention to your wardrobe than they do your nugs. she will immediately notice you in the same shirt and sigh to herself. go out and buy some new duds.

wear an underworks compression garment if it makes you more comfy.

Yeah i got the underworks, but theres so few shirts that work with it...mostly hawaii type shirts.  Anyways, your right, i wont even consider it an option next time :-)

Why doesn't the underworks compression vest go with most shirts?

I was thinking about buying one, but don't know if I should now.

hey, bro. lost of guys wear undershirts. it is very common, even under white dress shirts in the business sector.

a girl won't find a tight tank top, ala underworks, to be out of the ordinary.

even if she hugs you and feels the tank it will not be anything strange.

BTW, do you have pics? if i recall correctly you had the op, but it didn't turn out as you had hoped. have you posted before/after pics? are you planning a revision? have you spoken to the doc about it?
