How many people noticed your change?
How many people said something when you returned from your surgery? How many cared? What were their reactions? Did any one figure it out?

Do you even care after it's done?

Yeah, me too. Guys at work said "You have lost a lot of weight. Looking good Dude!" but in actual fact, I lost next to no weight at all. It just has that appearance of dropping alot of poundage.

Pre-Op, different story, it was like.... "Hehe, look at Mr. Titts over there..." Totally different attitude....
