2 surgeries still no luck!!! Any recommendations????

I had my first gyne surgery over 7 months ago and the first week my chest looked perfect about after week 1 it was all down hill each month it just got worse and worse to the point where it was before i had the surgery.

Second surgery same surgent just had it done 2 weeks ago and chest looked perfect in first week but once again the puffy nipples have returned and it feel likes de ja vu all over again. 

I am 28 yrs old, 165lbs, and in excellent shape and am totally frustrated with these outcomes (total mind f--k).  My surgent used a combination of lipo and excession on both surgeries.

How can my chest be flat and then revert back each time to full gyne again?  Should I explore the option of completly removing the glands in my chest? 

Any advice / suggestions are appreciated

sounds like you may have a hormone imbalance causing them to grow back?

Don't they check this before performing surgury?
