about 3 and a half minutes long by a dr baxt in new jersey, would be interesting to read bermant's or others' comments on the clip also, if he's inclined.  he i think tended not to favor power assisted lipo, but is the tool with the mini grinder at the end different from power assisted lipo?  this guy says it works on the gland and no reason not to believe it. 

my first question was how much scarring would result from the gland tool if you're not seeing what you're working with through the skin as well as with an incision and i'd want to read testimonials by guys who were happy with results.  specialist or not, he sounds like he's done the op enough.  i like the idea of minimal scarring, though a good ps can keep that minimal anyway. 

i didn't really understand the mention of the laser tool for dealing with severe excess skin, obviously he doesn't just burn it away like some pentagon satellite laser, but it wasn't clear how that worked.

My surgeon described using a similar tool for my surgery in Spain. It is true you only end up with a very small lipo like scar. He described the tool to me as one like those used in a knee arthroscopy where there is a grinder in a tube which can literally remove even the hardest of tissue by grating it in effect. There was allot of bruising (you can see my pics in my UK forum post) and hardness but the gland tissue has been completely removed on the right but there may be some still on the left. I could actually feel the breast buds on each side before surgery but I can't now after surgery (10 weeks).

He did warn me my left side may need doing again but so far I am happy with the results

The fact that he said he may have to do your left side again is pretty discouraging.  I mean I would much rather have some small scars (that many say end up being invisible) and know that the doctor was able to see and feel what he was doing as far as gland removal seems like the scars would be well worth it.  I wouldn't want to drag this thing out .  Thats just my opinion.  Of course he could be absolutely competent in what he does and you could have no problems.
