Arnica pills

I've heard they are good to subside bruising...anyone have any positive/negative experience with them?

Are they just a placebo/pseudo science or do they actually work?

My PS highly recommends them. I am currently taking them 5 times a day (6 days post op) and my bruising is minimal. Whether this is due to his technique or the tablets remains to be seen but he does recommend them to all of his patients. I have also been advised to use Arnica cream when I start massage in week 2. This not only helps with the bruising but also makes the massage more pleasant and comfortable!

I had heavy heavy bruising and used them.
I would say they worked pretty good, and I had no side effects from them.
