I have had my surgery about a week and a half ago and the results were great.
But now just under the nipples there are firm, flatish lumps (that feel nothing like fat) with no pain or feeling when you touch them even though the area around the lumps are tender. The hard lumps are attached to my pectoral muscle but can't be muscle because they are firm and hard even when i dont flex the muscle.

What could it be? Is it hematoma (i dont think so cuz its not painful)? Is it the muscle?

I am very concerned please help

It's unlikely that a hematoma would form after 3 or more days after the procedure. I would not be concerned as it seems like it is a normal scar tissue that forms from 2 to 8 weeks after surgery. After which, you can expect it to soften. This is normal scar formation, and you can expect for it to soften. Compression will help the softening to occur quicker. Sometimes steroid injection may be helpful, but usually not necessary.
