I seen on one of the dcotor's websites where he discussed fluid discharge from the nipple.
But, what about dicharge areind the outer parts of the aerola ? Like a zit not blood or clear but more like a white color and thicker in consistency.
Nothing major but some discharge. Is this a sign of hormonal problems or just a pimple that has formed around the aerola.

There are small Montgomery glands are sebaceous gland that tend to have a firm to milky like lubrication fluid that are small bumps on the areola.  There are other possibilities such as pimples, cysts, infection, and wounds that can also cause a discharge.  Male Nipple Discharge is a different matter.

Hope this helps,
