your thoughts on dindolymethane??? should i take it?

hi i just had my surgery done about 2.5 weeks ago. I heard about taking dindolymethane to help prevent breast tissue from coming back. (i had unilateral gyne). but i have not heard much about dim. what are your thoughts on it? is it fairly safe to take? i am 18 and going into college and i really really really really(X10000000000000) dont want gyne to come back... how reliable is it? can i just pick it up at a vitamin store or do i need a perscription?

I cannot recall a single instance of anyone following up later with a success story.

DONT DO IT... your gyne wont come back unless you use anabolic steroids, or if your hormone levels arent in check..

- Steroids
- Estrogen boosting pills ...

And you should be fine !
