I had surgery about 4 months ago and the left side has almost nothing hard in it when i touch it aside from where the blade cut. But the right side still feels like alot of gland. Is there anyway to tell at this point what is gland and what is scar tissue? I see the doc again in a couple of days, but all he does is tell me everything is looking great even if it clearly looks like crap. THIS SUCKS!

yeah that's an interesting question
for example:
can you squeeze scar tissue the way you can squeeze gland???

I wouldent worry about it .... can take anywere up to a year to fully heal.

I've STILL got a scar from an accident I had 2 years ago ... so scars take a LOOOONG loooong time.

I'm the same, the scar tissue feels like a small amount of gland, but it wasn't there a few weeks ago after surgery. Gyne would not have developed that quickly so it is definately scar tissue. The best thing is to check your before pictures and just remember how bad it actually was.
