Take a national express east coast train from york to london kings cross then tube to st johns wood. You can get some very good price tickets too. I went a couple of weeks ago and it cost me 20 quid return from leeds and a fiver for a day pass for the underground.

It is easy to find from the tube station at St Johns Wood, cross at the junction and the hosp is on the left, go in the front door and the receptionist will direct you to Brampton House, which is new building at the back of the hospital.

Write down every question you can think of before you go.

Hope it goes well.
Took the plunge and had consultation with Dr. Karidis 7th January 2009.
Surgery 26th February 2009.
Just wish I'd been able to do this years ago.
