Im Finally doing it, a few more questions

I am 23 years old and can finally afford the operation, (~$2500)
I came here ~5 years ago as an embarresed teenager. Ive since packed on 40 lbs by dieting and working out religiously in an attempt to feel better about myself, my body looks completely different.... this is the final piece of the puzzle however.

My case is minor, He actually told me if it was his body he would not have it corrected... but this has caused me alot of discomfort in the last 10-12 years (im sure you all can relate) and my mind is made up.
I have met with a few local surgeons in the Buffalo, NY area.
I am meeting the doctor next week to hopefully finalize this, and to ask any final questions.

The doctor is Dr. Robert Perry

anyone here firmilar with him?

He has told me this will be done under local anestesia, he will make small incisions under the nipple, and remove a 'disc' shaped area beneath the nipple. a compression garmet will need to be worn for 2 weeks.

sounds typical I guess, anyone take expection to this?

any final questions or ANYTHING you fellas can think of to ask before I commit to this?
