Question for the docs about gland

Here is a picture someone just posted in the pics section. It was the glands the doc removed.
It has orange fish egg looking things around the gland. Is that part of the gland or fat ?
And can you feel it if it's hard or soft. Because my chest area has a bunch of those size things around it that I can feel.
