I know i have some fat to lose (stomach is chunky as well) but do you see cause for concern...

The reason i'm worried is that i was prescribed anti-depressants from the ages of 12-18 (now 19) and got pretty fat in the process.

Lose weight and i think your problem will be gone, go to the doctor and have him confirm that you do or don't have gynecomastia.
