SHAVE NIPPLES PRIOR SURGERY?
Yes, should i or not. Or should i remove in another way?
P.s I have very much hair around the nipples.

I'd say go for it. I'm planning to shave my chest as well pre-surgery. I've read that it's painful when you remove the bandages since it rips the hair with it (so one way or another, the hair is coming off lol).

My Doctor didn't say anything about it ... but I went ahead and did it.  No need to go overboard and do the whole chest ... around the nipples should be fine!

I did it and beware that once it starts growing back, post surgery, the itching is brutal especially and the compression vest further irritates your skin.

So I would not do it again.
