BMI CARD

Hi i read somewhere about a bmi card what does this involve? how do i go about doin this? is there mad interest on it also will all surgeons accept it. i can find other ways of getting the money but dont want to make my problem someone elses of course i ll have to lend if needs be as  a family member knows about my condition and that i need money who said they would help. but would rather do this on my own. ive lost my job recently so kinda sucks for me plus im waiting on some money but when i dont know.just wanna get this done soon as, dont feel i can wait much longer as the summers keep gettting more and more daunting everyear. anyway any replies would be great thanks
