ok im not sure if i have gyno or not like i dont have any puffy nipples but i have man boobs or watever?? if indeed is all fat that i carry in my chest can i get rid of it by dieting and weight lifting??? u guys could check out my post in the USER photos forum...its called "help i need more opinions plz" cause i think i would have a pretty build chest if it wasnt for the fat located in my lower chest

What you have appears to be classic gynecomastia.  While dieting and exercise may help reduce your total body fat, it will not affect glandular breast tissue.  Unfortunately, gynecomastia fat is typically located along the lower and outer part of the chest, giving it a more rounded appearance when ideally the make chest should have a more horizontal appearance.
