Healing question - Squeching when pressed??

Just wondered if anybody can say if it's normal to have a small amount of fluid after surgery that when slight pressure is put on different areas (about 2 inches up from nipples) can make a slight squelching sound?

Got my check up on Tues but thought I'd post the question.

I'm 3 days post op and no pain to be fair just noticed this when lying down - also the right side is a bit numb in same place.

Any ideas?

yeah it is normal mate. I had the same squelchy feeling for about a week after surgery (though mine was higher up in the chest)
All part of the healing process mate -I'm three weeks on and have had a bit of new bruising show on the right side- we all heal abit differently.

Thanks Danny. Great to know! Just need to be patient and wait for the results in a few months now I guess.
