Do I have gyno? 19 years old

I'm 19 years old. Have been overweight majority of my childhood years. Recently bulked up and body build in the last year and now cutting down. I've had man boobs since i noticed them; around 13-14. Do I have man boobs?

Looks like there may be a hint of gyne there, as there is very slight breast definition.  It's certainly not enough to be concerned about, however, as your condition would not likely be noticed by anyone.  At least, I would not be concerned about it, and it's definitely not enough to warrant any type of surgery at this stage since it's so minimal.
