My right nipple doesn't really feel that lumpy but the left nipple still feels a bit lumpy under the nipple. Its been a little over 2 months post op and my nipples still protrude, which I'm assuming is from the swelling. But should there be that much gland left? The lump feels pretty big.

Also my nipples still gets puffy unless I squeeze them.

There still may be some residual swelling, but what you're describing is what happens in lipo-only procedures on a man with moderate gland. How does the contour look? Can you post pics? If the contour is good then you may want to consider not going back under the knife since a peri-areolar incision/revision opens you up to many more potential complications.

This is why it's very important to come to an understanding on the procedures being done before you go under anesthesia. Also consider that the lump may be scar tissue from lipo.

Thank you for replying jojo82. the contour looks good but I feel as if my doctor left too much fat behind, so I'm exercising a lot to bring it down. I had lipo+excision done.

Also it could be scar tissue as well. Does scar tissue go away on its own or would I need an injection? I'm asking because I cant see my doctor for another couple months.
