Do pills work to end gynecomastia

Surgery is so costly and i cant afford but have seen there are pills like 'diet aid of questionable value' that can end gynecomatia.Do they really work

No -- they do not work.  Just think, if there was some type of pill that helped gyne, don't you think everyone on this site would be taking them and posting about them?

At present, the best treatment for established gyne is surgery.  If you cannot afford it, then save for it and in the meantime, wear a snug compression garment to give yourself a better shape while wearing clothing.

Taking the pills will only empty your wallet.
