hye all!
yesterday i went to the specialist and had a talk about my possible surgery. the problem im having right now is money factor. total cost would be $7500. but if i dont use anesthetic, the cost will reduce to $5500 only.

my question is, is it wise for me to have the surgery without anesthetic?the doctor said ill be sleeping throughout the operation.

For most patients with average size gyne, either general anesthesia or local anesthesia with sedation is the preferred way to go.  Local anesthesia alone -- without sedation -- can be exceedingly painful and as a result, the surgeon may not be able to do a thorough job.  Just my humble opinion.
