is it possible that its just lipo saved and don't wanna go away?

Hello there guys, I've been trying to get in shape and remove my so called 'man boobs' for the past 2 yrs, I used to be a little heavy, but right now I am a 5'7" height guy and only 144 lbs, which means I'm really skinny, I also have built some  muscle with that weight so you can imagine how I look, If I remove my chest out from the picture, so in that view you see my stomach, face, arm and all of that minus chest, you would say that I am hovering around 10% to 12% body fat, I am in good shape (Minus the chest) first I thought it might be gyno because no matter how much I diet, they will remain the same, so cutting further and going down to the 130's lbs weight is not an option because then I would look like a sick man in a hospital (No offense meant just to explain what I mean).

I am already getting comments from friends and family that I am skinny and need to eat, but what they don't know that if I remove my shirt, My chest would look soft, cone shaped, like a pyramid if you know what I mean, and has alot of fat tissue.

as I said I thought its' gyno, so I checked that up, I have no lump, no hard thing underneath, its just fat by the feel of it, but to be 100% Sure I went to the doctor, he has dealt with gyno before, and he told me that I have no gyno, and its just fat, but it doesn't look that terrible, which I agree with him, but for my size it still don't look that good and i don't like removing my shirt infront of anybody, its the "Mild gyno look if you know what I mean" except its not gyno, just fat that does not want to go away even at single digits bodyfat.


anyway sorry for the long msg, Why i'm posting this is to ask, if cutting is not an option, and I really do want them to go away because I want the manly chest look, Not the flappy , cone shaped, pointy breasts, is it possible that it's just lipo/water that just stuck in there and doesn't want to go away? Is there any certain diet that could help me remove that Lipo from that position? Last resort is a surgery ofcourse, I want to do it natural if possible, and tell me what are my other options, Thanks!

Doubt there is only fat. Upload a picture and you will get comments by people and even gyne surgeons like dr Jacobs.

ok, this is a picture that I had, you can see the chest area, but please note that I have hard nipple in there due to cold, when I get cold or in a shower, nipple gets harder which will make it look better, but still you could see if nipple go soft how it would appear, this is only side view picture, I will upload more recent one if needed be just ask.

Looks like my chest when my nipples shrink and gets harder when cold, you are over all a bit fitter. There is no way that is just fat. Most definitely you have some gland as well. When nipples are hard my chest looks ok but when warm they become puffy like yours. You really should not loose more weight, unfurtunally surgery is the only real fix, or learn to live with it. I can relate to your problem since my case is mild aswell, you can see pics of my chest in the surgery preporation section.
