gynae or fat? :/

Hi,

I posted about 6 months + ago. The conclusion then was that I may just be fat. I've lost a few lbs (nothing major) at the gym, so I just wanted a further opinion.

I certainly have more fat to lose though.

I would greatly appreciate your opinions.

Try squeezing the tissue underneath your nipple. If you can feel a hard lumpy thing then you probably have gyne, but if it's soft and mushy it's most likely just fat.

Your chest looks pretty flat my friend, if there is gyno lurking in there it's nothing to worry about. Lose some more weight and you'll have a great physique!
