Looking to have gynae surgery asap in the UK, advice on the best options?

Hi All,
I have had Gynae under my right nipple since I was 18, Im now 39.  I believe the type I have is glandular gynaecomastia which has always been painful.  As the years have passed I have lived with the pain but the size has slowly grown.  Im now at the point where my right nipple looks larger, the chest area that side feels 'fatter' and my nipple appears stretched so looks bigger than the left.

Unlike many it hasn't affected me mentally, and to be honest its the discomfort of it thats worse than anything.  As an example if I get a bump it brings tears to my eyes!  I pursued the NHS for years, attending appointments etc, until eventually I raised an appeal to have it done on the NHS..........it was denied.  They stood by the reason that it was cosmetic, regardless of how much I had emphasised the pain.

Fast forward to today, I am in a position now where I can finally pay for the op privately.  As such Id like to get it done as soon as possible so that I can enjoy Christmas afterwards.  I live in South Wales but am prepared to travel anywhere in the country.  Can you recommend the most popular UK options so that I can begin my ground work?  Thanks for reading
