Thanks for your comment Bob.I'm overweight as you see and I need to lose at least 30 pounds but I think my situation unfortunately will not change by losing weight.

No it will not. You will most likely need to have surgery to comply get rid of it if that is what you want to do.

There are a lot of us that do live with it but most of us are much older and started before surgery was an option and it became a very low priority in our lives.
