a place to get something that actually looks like an undershirt, that compresses your chest well.  I got my 997 and it's great but I definitely could not take of my shirt and then wear that in front of a girl or anything.  And it does show quite noticeably through my t-shirt.

I don't think that is the purpose of the 997. It is for compression, not fashion. Wear a shirt over it.

Ya, totally.  I can see that's what it's for.  It's just that I've been wearing under-shirts lately as sort of a tiny compressor, you know, not like a bra but you know what I mean, something tight under, holding it close to my body.  I was wondering if anyone knew of any undershirts that were good like that.

I hear ya. I use to do the same thing.

I don't know of any shirts like that though. Most shirts that offer compression are meant to be worn under a normal shirt.

Let us know if you find anything, though.

i just got a swap meet colored beater --- but its not that thin ribbed fabric that the beaters are made out of . this has a lot of stretch to it. mine was xl (i normally wear medium) and it still feels (dont expect anything like a compression shirt) kinda tight, so iono imma wash it and see (also, i wonder if a medium would be better!) Anyways, the brand is BYC - im sure everyone has a local swapmeet they can check out.
