I'm feeling that my left nipple is clipped and it's pulling whenever I do any

I got my surgery done on 24th Sep. Today(2.5days later), I'm feeling that my left nipple is clipped and as if it's coming out whenever I turn, stretch, getup from bed, or do anything. Even now I feel it while typing. I have been dressed over my chest and have given a tight corset.

Is it a normal feel or something I should see doctor again?(he is 250kms away in other city ).

Except if you start bleeding/swelling too much, you shouldn't even think about how it feels/looks for the next 2 months.

It can be scars, swelling ect.

Did he used disolving surgical sutures ?

If you really are concern go see your doctor. It's almost impossible to know what it is otherwise.
