Does Dr. Sandip Jain recommends deepithelization to everyone?

hi.. i recently had a consultation with Dr. sandip jain for my gynecomastia. he recommended excision with liposuction along with deepithelization and quoted Rs.80000 for surgery and hospitalization + vest Rs. 3000. i had also visited one Dr. Manwani. he had quoted Rs. 50000 and no admission. also he didnt recommend deepithelization. money is not an issue if results are good. but personally i never felt my gynecomastia was severe. Dr. sandip jain seems to be the best surgeon at the moment. but deepithelization leaves bad scars and that makes me worried . what should i do now? should i consult some other surgeons? i hav seen videos on youtube where people with  gynecomastia more severe than mine were not given deepithelization.. plz help..
