Puffy nipples and swelling

This subject comes up alot   But my question is a little different.  
Certin times in the day my chest looks great and I could go with out shirt and feel fine, and it seems to be getting better, as the skin is tighter than at a couple weeks. But some times of the day  it seems as if swelling is happening and they look puffy, and I can tell theres a little more fluid? behind the nipple. Is this normal at 12 weeks and does it stop any time soon?
