Is this gynecomastia? (pics included)

Can you guys tell me if this looks like gynecomastia?  My doctor said no but from all the research that I've done, I'm pretty sure it is.  I first noticed it a few years ago in high school because there was always this excess flab on my chest even though I had really low body fat(I've gained weight since then).  I'm 19 and considering surgery within the next year or so; in fact, I have a consultation scheduled with Dr. Jacobs in a few months.

Yup. Looks like gyne to me. Dr Jacob is great so congratulations. I would try to lose as much weight as possible for best results. Good luck man.
